At SMAI, we are committed to providing high-quality martial arts and fitness gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and securely packed in the original SMAI packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your gear to ensure it meets our return standards, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
